新兴市场经济体的发展与世界经济复苏——“世界经济中的新兴市场经济”学术研讨会综述

自工业化萌发以来,英、美、德、日等发达国家曾经独领风骚,而今群起的"新兴经济体"已崭露头角。在2008年全球金融危机爆发以后,新兴经济体已成为牵引世界经济复苏的重要力量,世界经济格局也因此正在发生重大变化,西方发达国家正不得不重视新兴经济体的发展与壮大,新兴经济体发展过程中的问题越来越引起学术界的关注。本文记录了2010年8月在复旦大学经济学院召开的"世界经济中的新兴市场经济"学术研讨会上国内专家学者在这个问题上的主要观点。

The Development of Emerging Market Economies and the Recovery of World Economy: Symposium of Emerging Market Economies in World Economy

Since the beginning of the industrialization,such developed countries as Britain,the United States,Germany and Japan were dominating at one time in the world economy,while now the "newly emerging economies" have started to play an increasingly significant role.After the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008,the newly emerging economies have initiated the recovery of world economy.Meanwhile,the structure of the world economy is undergoing great changes and therefore,the western countries have no choice but to attach importance to the development and the growth of emerging economies,and pay more attention to the balance between the Eastern and Western economies.More and more attention from the academia has been paid to the issues about the development of the newly emerging economies.The main arguments of the domestic experts and scholars on this issue presented on the symposium of "emerging market economies in world economy",which was organized by School of Economics,Fudan University,are summarized in this article.
