“后危机时代”中国承接金融服务离岸外包的国际竞争力分析

本文从"后危机时代"国际经济格局的变化及其对中国的影响出发,运用价值链理论与国家竞争优势理论,对中、印承接金融服务离岸外包的国际竞争力加以比较。论文通过研究"后危机时代"中国承接金融服务离岸外包所面临的挑战与机遇,对世界主要城市金融服务离岸外包发展的环境进行比较,进而提出中国必须从比较优势上升到竞争优势,充分发挥政府在提升国家竞争优势中的作用,以"扬长补短"的方式提高中国承接金融服务离岸外包的国际竞争力。

An Analysis on China's International Competitiveness in undertaking Financial Service Offshore Outsourcing in the Post-crisis Era

This paper starts with the impact of changing the international economic pattern on China,and then uses the theory of "Value Chain" and "Competitive Advantage of Nations" to compare the international competitiveness of financial service offshore outsourcing between India and China.It also studies the challenge and opportunity of China in undertaking financial service offshore outsourcing during the post-crisis era,as well as compares the world′s main cities′environment of undertaking financial service offshore outsourcing.It puts forward that China should raise its advantage from "Comparative Advantage" to "Competitive Advantage" and completely plays the role of government in raising its competitive advantage of nations,in order to improve the international competitiveness of China in undertaking the financial service offshore outsourcing using the method of promoting the strengths and making up the weakness.
