J公司采购评价指标体系实证分析

摘    要:结合J公司采购现状,针对J公司供应商评价指标体系与方法的不足,采用改进层次分析法的逼近于理想解的排序法综合评判方法,对J公司的供应商评价体系和择优进行相关研究,最后得出了各指标体系的权重。其中,质量、成本、技术、配件及服务和供货这4项指标所占权重最大,而管理文化和安全权重则较低。这与J公司的现有评价指标的设置基本相符。为了公司可持续性发展,公司研究决定将指标体系加入管理文化评价以及安全所评价。公司还成立了专门的部门———安全部,不仅负责本公司的安全评估,也负责供应商的安全评估,并由采购物流部负责供应商管理文化的定期评估。

Abstract:Based on the procurement status quo of J company,targeting on the defects of supplier-evaluation index system and method,the weight of every index system is concluded by analyzing the supplier-evaluation system with a comprehensive evaluation method integrating AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution).Four indicators,quality,cost,technology,accessories and service,and supply have the largest weight;however,the indicators of management culture and security have less weight,which is basically consistent with the current evaluation index settings of J company.In order to achieve sustainable development,the company decided to add management culture and safety evaluation to the index system.In addition,the company sets up a security department which is responsible for the safety assessment of this company and the suppliers and takes a periodic assessment of the management culture of suppliers by the logistics department.
