基于公司治理理论借鉴的城市治理结构的探讨

伴随着我国城市化进程的加快,产生了一系列城市管理问题,呼唤着城市治理理论的创新。治理理论广泛应用于城市治理领域,借鉴两权分离理论、利益相关者理论、委托代理理论及超产权理论等发展比较成熟的公司治理理论,建立由股东大会、董事会、监事会和执行经理组成的行之有效的城市治理结构,可以实现由政府单一管理控制为主导的模式转向城市治理的多中心模式,这也是我国城市治理未来发展的理论导向和实践目标。

The Discussion of Urban Governance Structure Based on the Corporate Governance Theory

Along with the accelerated process of city, China has made a lot of achievements. And the resulting problems of urban management have speeded up the need of city governance.
