| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯联邦的森林资源是世界上自然资源的宝库。俄罗斯森林资源丰富,木材储量占世界1/5。2006年11月26日俄罗斯联邦杜马通过了新的森林法典。通过对俄罗斯1997年森林法典与2006最新颁布的森林法典内容的比较,归纳了新法典中修订与增加的内容,并在此基础上提出了对我国森林立法的建议。 |

| Abstract: | Russian Federation has a unique treasure-house of forest reserves which accounts for one fifth of those in the world. In 2006 a new Forest Code was promulgated by Russian Federation Douma. Through comparing this new Code with the old one of 1997, this paper summed up the revised and added contents in the new Code and put forward a proposal of issuing a Forest Code in China. |
