| 摘 要： | 民办高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,从现状看出,教育需求较为旺盛,但是受政策、制度及自身发展的影响,民办高校在融资方面受到一定的制约,影响了民办高校的健康发展.应积极探索民办高校新的资金筹措方式.其出路是深化改革高等教育的投资体制,改革资金管理政策,采取高等教育与资本市场联姻方式;政府对民办高校要在政策上给与倾斜,财政上的支持,从而帮助民办高校切实解决办学经费短缺的难题.
