| 摘 要： | 科学创新是企业技术创新和提升竞争力的前提条件，而技术创新是企业提升竞争力的物质载体，竞争力又是企业科学创新和技术创新的表现形式以及在竞争市场中发展壮大的关键，三者是相互作用相互制约的统一体。从三者内在逻辑关系阐述科技创新竞争力的基本内涵及其构成要素，并以此构建科技创新竞争力的理论模型。这为我国企业在全球竞争市场中提高优势地位赋予了理论价值与实践意义。
