| Abstract: | The analysis of statistical data indicates that there is severe imbalance between the proportions of direct and indirect financing in China. To eliminate such imbalance, effective measures shall be taken to standardize and develop main board of the stock market, boost in steps the construction of growth enterprise board, extend stock market and strengthen the financial supervision. |
