| 摘 要： | 休闲时代的到来使得与休闲消费相关的休闲产业不断壮大,休闲餐饮业作为其中的一个重要构成部分,已日益成为拉动经济增长的重要力量。本文以长沙市民为研究对象,通过抽样调查获得基础数据。研究结果显示,长沙市居民的休闲餐饮消费行为特征比较显著,该市场趋于成熟。

| Abstract: | Leisure era promotes the growth of the leisure industry.As an important component,casual dining industry has increasingly become an important force in stimulating economic growth.This paper take Changsha citizens as the research object,access to basic data through sample surveys.The results show that the consumer behavior of Changsha citizens are quite notable and the market is being mature. |
