| 摘 要： | 罗默运用西方经济学的分析方法对马克思的剥削理论进行了＂修正＂,在否定劳动价值论的基础上根据财产关系重新定义剥削。在这一定义的框架下,罗默对剥削的演进形式、剥削的不公正性等问题进行了研究。他批判资本主义的价值取向是十分明确的,其剥削理论对于进一步研究当代资本主义的发展具有借鉴意义。但是,罗默的剥削理论在一定程度上是对马克思主义的背离,他所设计的诸多标准和方案也是不现实的。
