| 摘 要： | 文章从环境经济学的角度 ,分析了矿业城市环境问题的本质 ,提出环境质量是矿业开发的生产要素之一 ,并着重探讨了矿业城市环境问题的经济学原因 ,有助于提高人们对矿业城市环境问题的认识水平 ,并为解决矿业城市的环境问题提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the essence of environmental problems involved in mining city from the perspective of environmental economics. It points out that the environmental quality is one of the production factors for mining development and emphatically analyses the reason of environmental economics of mining city, which is conducive to promoting the level of understanding the environment problems in mining city, and goes on to provide theoretic basis for resolving the problems. |
