| 摘 要： | 在建立社会主义市场经济体制的过程中,风险普遍存在.市场经济就是风险经济,企业在面临众多发展机遇的同时,也面临着巨大的风险.风险管理这一新兴的管理职能作为我国企业经营观念的重大突破,其意义十分重大而深远.从风险管理角度和企业实际出发,将风险理论与实际分析相结合,找出我国企业当前面临的主要风险和成因以及进行风险分析和防范的方法,旨在提高企业在市场竞争中的风险管理能力,以防止和减少风险损失.
