| 摘 要： | 大学新生入学后的适应性教育非常重要。针对部分新生入学后容易出现的不良现象和心理,高校要予以重视和分析,有针对性地培养其自主学习能力、人际交往能力和良好的意志品质,帮助其尽快实现由高中生到大学生的角色转变。
