| 摘 要： | 基于企业生命体的认识,中小企业成长的本质就是对企业遗传基因的遗传与变异过程,这一过程决定了企业的异质性和成长路径的不同."惯例"作为企业基因的合理对应物在这一过程起到了最为关键的作用.文章就以"惯例"为内核构建了中小企业成长的遗传与变异模型,试图探明中小企业成长的机理及对成长过程作出合理解释.

| Abstract: | Based on the understanding of the corporate being,the nature of SME's growth is the process of corporate gene's inheritance and aberrance,which determine the firms' heterogeneity and different growth path.Routine,as a reasonable counterpoint to corporate gene,has played an important role during this process.This paper established a model of SME's inheritance and aberrance based on "routine",try to probe the mechanism of SME's growth and make new explanations about the process of SME's growth. |
