On multinational purchasing risk management and enterprise society responsibility

The risk of multinational procurement are increasing,many multinational enterprises are attaching more and more importance to multinational procurement risk management.Corporate social responsibility risk is a new risk which is becoming an important part of the multinational procurement risk management.This paper will analyze how to identify and manage the normal risk of multinational procurement,and especially corporate social responsibility risk.At the mean time,corporate social responsibility risk also affects our local suppliers,so this paper will also analyze the countermeasures of our local suppliers.
