| 摘 要： | <正> 在法国商务活动中,常常出现法无明文规定或适用法律困难的特殊商事合同问题。当出现这些特殊合同问题时,合同当事人会尽力寻找解决问题的相关法律依据;诉至法院时,法官也会对判决加以解释;这些问题也是法国法学家研究和争鸣的热点问题。笔者有幸在法国研修法国商法,对法国当前商务活动中出现的这些特殊合同问题颇感兴趣,在法学杂志《商法判例》中读到了大量这方面的案例,现选择点滴以飨读者。

| Abstract: | At present,some of equipments have similar problems of testing their high frequency multiplier chains with much difficulty.This paper introduces a design method which uses microwave DPLLs to take place of high frequency multiplier chains and seek application of this method in designing a transmitter. DPLL design is analyzed concretely and experimental results of the main technical specifications are given in the paper. |
