| 摘 要： | 当今世界是信用世界,市场经济是信用经济,WTO更是呼唤信用,信用已经成为时代的呼声。政府信用也成为一个时代性话题。文章通过对政府信用发展状况的考察,引出政府信用的内涵,并阐述其重要作用和意义。
