| 摘 要： | 区域产业结构调整是一个复杂适应系统,系统中的主体是适应性主体。区域产业结构调整的过程实质是基于利益追求的主体在适应性选择下相互作用、相互影响的过程,主体基于利益追求的适应性选择成为区域产业结构调整的源动力。为了能够获得调整政策的有效性,区域产业结构调整政策的制定、执行等要建立在主体适应性的基础之上。

| Abstract: | Regional industrial structure adjustment is a complex adaptive system,the agent of which is an adaptability agent.The process of regional industrial structure adjustment is essentially a process in which the agents interact with one another and affect one another based on the pursuit of benefits under the adaptability choice.The adaptive choice of the agents based on the pursuit of benefit forms the motivation source of regional industrial structure adjustment.For acquiring the effectiveness of adjusting policy,the establishment and implementation of regional industrial structure adjustment must be based on agent adaptability. |
