摘    要:冷链决定食品价值,本文主要从设施装备、车辆温控和技术指标等三方面分析了我国食品冷链物流技术状况,提出了有关食品冷链物流技术创新和标准体系建设的建议。

Abstract:The value of food is decided to a great extent by cold chain.The paper analyzes the technology conditions of food cold chain logistics in China from three aspects which is facility equipments,the vehicles temperature controlled and technical specification.And then some proposals on technology innovation and standard system building of food cold chain logistics are put forward.
