摘    要:认为在我国大城市中开始出现了房地产郊区化现象 ,从经济、自然、技术、制度四个方面分析了其产生的动力机制 ,指出了这一现象中存在配套基础设施和公用设施建设滞后、房地产开发用地与农业用地矛盾突出、房地产布局分散、房地产开发结构失衡、用地规模偏大等五个方面问题 ,最后提出了有关调控对策

Elementary Analysis on Suburbanization of Real Estate in some Metropolises in China
Abstract:The suburbanization of real estate in some metropolises has appeared in China. Thus, the paper analyzes the impetus of the phenomenon from the view of economy, natural conditions, technology and institution. The paper points out five problems to be solved, including stagnant construction of necessary infrastructure and public facilities, the contradiction in land-using between real estate development and farming, the dispersion of real estate distribution, the unbalanced real estate structure and large-scale land use. In the end, the paper puts forward some ways for solving them.
