| 摘 要： | 供应链管理已经成为当今世界众多优秀企业竞相采纳的管理模式,而延迟策略在供应链运作中具有特殊的功效.简单介绍供应链管理的概念,延迟策略的内涵,分析制造延迟、物流延迟和流通加工中的延迟策略在供应链运作中的作用.这三种延迟策略不仅能降低供应链整库存,实现产品和服务多样化,而且能够提高供应链的敏捷性,快速响应客户个性化需求.最后指出了延迟应用的条件.

| Abstract: | Supply Chain Management has become a mode that the excellent companies strive to adopt in the present world,while postponement has special effects in the operation of supply chain.This paper briefly introduces the conception of SCM and connotation of postponement strategy.The functions of manufacturing postponement,logistical postponement and postponement within distribution processing are analyzed in the operation of supply chain.The three types of postponements mentioned above not only can reduce the total levels of inventories,realize the diversities of products and services,but also increase the agility of supply chain,the responsiveness to customized demand.The necessary conditions of employing postponement are pointed out at the end of the article. |
