企业应急产品供应链设计策略

摘    要:通常企业基于产品特性为其功能性产品和创新性产品分别设置高效率型和市场反应灵敏型两类供应链。论文进一步结合客户需求特点,定义了一类应急型产品,指出企业应该为此建立第三种类型的供应链——客户需求快速响应型供应链。文章分析企业为什么要为这类应急产品建立新型物流供应链,并对如何设计应急产品供应链提出几点建议。

Abstract:Acorporation generally basing on the product feature sets up efficient supply chain and flexible supply chain for functional products and innovative products, respectively. This paper takes further consideration of customer demand characteristics, specifies a kind of products with urgent demand as emergency products and suggests the corporation establishing a third kind of supply chain(quick response supply chain)for emergency products. The paper analyses the necessity of building this new kind supply chain and finally put forward several supply chain strategies for emergency product.
