含铬废渣回收利用中的脱硫研究

摘    要:用水洗-焙烧的方法对含有铬、硫、硅等元素的废渣进行脱硫处理。研究了不同的液固比、溶液pH值等水洗条件及焙烧温度和焙烧时间对脱硫的影响。获得了较好的脱硫条件,使含铬废渣的硫含量达到冶炼标准。

Abstract:By means of washed-roasting,the tests on desulfurizing of the waste residue contained chromium,sulphur,silicon and so on.In different liquid to solid or pH,the effects of laundering condition on sulphur content are studied ,and the effects of baking temperature and time on sulphur content are measured.The better desulphurization condition are found,besides,The sulphur content in waste residue can meet the standard of smelting.
