| 摘 要： | 适度的投资规模为国民经济持续、快速、健康发展创造了重要条件,但如果只重视规模扩张而忽视结构调整,国民经济发展仍将受到制约。近几年新疆逐步加强了投资结构的调整,投资重点突出,投资结构有所改善,特别是在基础设施、基础产业建设方面取得了卓著的成绩,但投资结构仍不太合理,投资结构现状与产业结构调整目标还存在一定差距。本文对此问题进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The optimum investment scale has created important condition for rapid and sound development of the national economy.However,if the scale is taken seriously with ignorance of structural adjustment,the national economy develop will be restricted.In recent years,Xinjiang has improved the adjustment of investment structure gradually,especially in infrastructure facilities and basic industries,but the investment structure is still unreasonable.The paper is mainly about it. |
