对完善地方党政领导干部考核评价机制的思考

现有领导干部考核评价机制存在考核评价指标不具有普适性，指标权重模糊，没有区别显绩与潜绩，缺乏对取得绩效的成本及过程进行客观的分析；考核主体及方法不科学；考核结果的运用不充分等问题。因此，应设置科学的考评指标体系、科学确定考核主体、健全考核方法和程序、建立考用结合的制度，以使领导干部考核评价更加科学、合理、显效。
