对完善地方党政领导干部考核评价机制的思考

摘    要:现有领导干部考核评价机制存在考核评价指标不具有普适性,指标权重模糊,没有区别显绩与潜绩,缺乏对取得绩效的成本及过程进行客观的分析;考核主体及方法不科学;考核结果的运用不充分等问题。因此,应设置科学的考评指标体系、科学确定考核主体、健全考核方法和程序、建立考用结合的制度,以使领导干部考核评价更加科学、合理、显效。
