| 摘 要： | 渔业经济在一国经济发展与国际贸易中发挥着非常重要的作用。理论与实践均表明渔业发展中财政支持的必要性。因此，本文在揭示中国渔业发展财政投入存在主要问题的基础上，提出了完善我国财政投入机制的对策。
