| 摘 要： | 加快转变经济发展方式是贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求，是促进国民经济又好又快发展的重大举措，是破解经济快速增长与资源约束矛盾的现实需要。转变经济发展方式必须加快科技进步，增强自主创新能力，加快推进经济结构的战略性调整，建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会，加快推进体制改革，转变政府职能，引导合理消费，进一步扩大消费需求。

| Abstract: | The statement of transformation of economic development mode in Hu Jintao's report at 17th Party Congress is the important principle and strategy proposed by the Communist Party of China based on the law and the practice of economic development.Only when the economic development mode is transformed will we get success completely in building a well-to-do society.This paper holds that we should know the implication and necessity of transformation of economic development mode and take more and more effective measures to realize the basic transformation of economic development mode in China. |
