资本市场的科学发展之路

资本市场是社会经济的重要组成部分，也要走科学发展之路。根据科学发展观的要求，资本市场不能见物不见人，要以人为本；资本市场要以人为本，投资者关系管理值得推广。资本市场不能玩“富人游戏”，要增进社会福利；切实保证资本市场制度的公开、透明，市场行为的公平、规范，才能促进资本市场的健康发展，推进社会整体福利的增长。资本市场不是孤立的市场，是市场体系中的一部分，要与各类市场协调发展。资本市场不能单打一，要促进经济、社会与自然的和谐统一。

The road of scientific development of capital market

As an essential component of the social economy, the capital market should be developed scientifically. According to the requirements of the concept of the scientific development, the capital market should consider its participants primarily, but not simply focus on the capital; for the primary consideration of its participants, it is necessary to promote the IRM (Investor Relationship Management); the capital market should be devote to increase the social welfare, but not only for the riches' profit; it is essential to ensure that the principle of the capital market is open and transparent, and the market behavior is equal and normative, which are the guarantee of the sound development of the capital market and the overall enhancement of the social welfare. Being a part of the market system, the capital market is not isolated, thus, it should be developed collaborated with other kinds of markets and promote the unity of the economy, society and nature.
