转型期欠发达地区农村家庭养老问题研究——基于人口流动的视角

人口流动严重削弱了欠发达地区农村家庭养老功能，具体表现在：老年人获得的经济支持相当薄弱且极不稳定，其日常生活照料主要依靠自己和老伴来完成，在精神慰藉方面老人们内心呈现出孤寂失落感与满足感并存的双重特点。另外，农村劳动力外流降低了老年人的社会经济地位，还导致家庭和整个社区尊老养老文化基础动摇。构建和完善农村家庭养老保障制度应从家庭、社区和政府三个层面着手。

Research on the Problem of Rural Family Support for the Elderly in Underdeveloped Areas during the Period of Transformation

Population movement severely weakened rural old-age family function of the less developed areas.The specific performance in the following: the elderly's financial support is weak and very unstable,their daily care mainly rely on themself and the spouse to complete,in the consolation of spirit,old people heart emerges the dual characteristics which is a sense of loss and satisfaction coexisting.In addition,the outflow of rural labor force reduced the socio-economic status of older persons,and shaken the cultural foundation of respecting for the old in the family and the entire community.Constructing and improving the pension system of rural family should start from three levels of families,communities and the government.
