| 摘 要： | 高素质的人才是现代物流发展的关键因素。近年来,福州市物流业发展蓬勃,急需大量的物流人才。因此,政府、大专院校、企事业单位纷纷加强物流知识的传播和研究活动。文中浅析了目前福州市物流人才培养的主要途径,具体阐述了高校和企业的培养现状,进而加快福州市物流人才的开发和培养。
