| 摘 要： | 由于物流市场的竞争日益激烈,第四方物流企业处在一个极为复杂的环境中,面临着来自各个方面的影响。第四方物流企业想要更好的生存与发展,就必须扬长避短。将SWOT分析法与内、外部因素评价矩阵(EFE、IFE)相结合,对我国第四方物流企业的优劣势以及面临的机会与威胁进行综合分析,并以此为依据提出相应的对策和建议。
