| 摘 要： | 高校扩招暴露、激化、突出了高等教育质量方面的问题、矛盾和不足,使之成为今天和今后一段时间内高等教育发展的中心议题之一。要正确认识扩招后高等学校师资、校舍、设施及技术手段等主要资源的现状。处理好高等教育发展中数量和质量的辩证关系。保证扩招后的高等教育质量的举措——筹集财力,夯实高等教育质量保证的物质基础;开发人力,壮大高等教育质量保证的依靠力量;聚焦精力,转向高等教育质量保证的核心境地。

| Abstract: | The enlarged recruitment in universities arouses problems, intensifies contradictions and displays shortages in higher educational quality .which becomes the center topic in higher education development today and in the future. We should know the present situation of main resources such as the teaching staffs, facilities and technologies etc. after the enlarged recruitment in universities. Properly deal with the dialectical relationship between quantity and quality in higher education development. Attach great importance to the guarantee of quality education in universities. |
