| Abstract: | China's accession to WTO has intensified the competition on stock market. The web-based dealing is no doubt a new business form a securities company seeks to make a breakthrough in its business. The dot com dealing boasts of its quite a few strong points such as its openness, all-weather services, speediness, large capacity for information, scale returns increasing, nature of harmonious cooperation and so on. It has, therefore, a vitally significant effect on the competition in and the development of securities business. |
