摘    要:
道路声屏障是目前许多国家广泛使用的降低公路交通噪声的一项有效措施,近年来也在我国各地大量兴建,但由于该项技术在我国起步较晚,在其设计和施工方面还缺乏一套完整、统一的认证标准。作者针对此项研究空白,通过大量调研,对我国城乡常用声屏障的材料及构造形式进行了合理分类,将其分为五大类、三十九种构造形式;并通过实测和专家访谈,确立了适于中国国情的十二个评价指标;采用层次分析法,求得各项评价指标的权重值,并根据调查表进行统计计算,给出了各类材料构造的各项评价指标量化得分,为道路声屏障设计迈向科学化、规范化奠定了基础。

Abstract:
Noise barrier is an effective measure to control traffic noise, which has been constructed on a large scale in many areas of our country in recent years. However, in China, this technique started so late that the united evaluation standard hasn't been set up, so the effect of noise barrier completely depends on the designer's working experience. Direction against this, the author in this paper, through an extensive investigation of present noise barrier in many cities and countries, classifies them to 5 types and 39 structural forms. By means of surveying and questionnaires, this paper, at the same time, puts forward 12 evaluation parameters, which is fitting for Chinese conditions and has never been done before. Finally, with the help of AHP, the author also gives the scores of each evaluation parameters for all structural forms. The work in this paper helps to lay the major foundation of standardization for noise barrier design.
