摘    要:21世纪是一个数字化、网络化和知识经济的社会,随着互联网的迅速发展,电子商务已深入到我们生活的方方面面,但随着电子商务的不断发展,关于电子商务的负面新闻不断,通过网上开店进行欺诈的情况愈演愈烈,电子商务的信用已成为电子商务发展的一个主要瓶颈。解决电子商务信用发展中存在的问题,构建我国电子商务中信用体系是当前首要任务。

Abstract:The 21st century has witnessed a society of digitalization,networking and knowledge-based economy.With a rapid development of the Internet,e-commerce has already penetrated into each corner of the life.However,bad news also occurs with the constant development of e-commerce,such as fraud cases in online shopping.The credit problems appear as a major bottleneck during its development.In terms of the status quo and problems in the credit system of e-business development,this paper demonstrates the importance of constructing the credit system in China′s e-commerce.
