摘    要:物流服务外包是一种新的管理理念,是一种新的经营模式。作为承接物流外包服务的第三方的物流企业要关注发包方的营销管理,要不断优化和创新本企业的4Ps与4Cs营销组合,为客户增值,努力构建互利共赢的供应链,以获得长期的竞争优势。

Abstract:The logistics service outsourcing is one kind of new management idea and a new business model.It needs to pay attention to the contract award side as the contract logistics outsourcing service's third party's logistics enterprise the hard currency,must optimize unceasingly and innovate this enterprise's 4Ps and the 4Cs marketing mix rises in value for the customer,constructs the supply chain which diligently the mutual benefit altogether wins,obtains the long-term competitive advantage.
