海峡两岸贸易隐含碳排放问题研究

摘    要:本文在构建投入产出模型基础上,以2005-2010年海峡两岸进出口贸易额与碳排放数据为样本,通过估算部门碳排放强度,测算两岸贸易隐含碳排放量,对两岸贸易隐含碳净转移进行LMDI分解。研究发现:在2005-2010年间,祖国大陆各部门的碳排放强度显著高于台湾地区相应部门的碳排放强度,海峡两岸贸易隐含碳排放量主要来自于化学工业、金属工业和机械设备制造业等部门,两岸贸易使得全球碳排放量减少了209.38-306.03百万吨。本文研究不仅从部门角度,为海峡两岸控制贸易隐含碳排放量提供了理论依据,还从全球碳排放角度,为促进海峡两岸贸易深入发展提供了环境意义上的支持。

Abstract:Applying the Input-Output Model,and based on 2005-2010 data of trade volume between China mainland and Taiwan Province and relevant carbon emission statistics,this paper reasonably estimates the intensity of carbon emissions in different sectors.With the estimation,the study undertakes to calculate carbon emissions embodied in trade between China mainland and Taiwan Province,and further uses LMDI to decompose the net transfer of the embodied carbon.As the results show,carbon emission intensities of all sectors in China mainland are significantly higher than the corresponding ones in Taiwan Province.The largest share of carbon emission embodied is commanded by the chemistry industry,mental industry and machinery and equipment industry.Compared with a non-trade scenario,trade between China mainland and Taiwan Province reduces the global carbon emissions by 209.38-306.03 Mt from 2005 to 2010.Not only does this research provide theoretical reference from a sector perspective for both sides to control carbon emission embodied in trade,but also puts forward environmentally significant insights to help promoting the cross-strait trade.
