| 摘 要： | 通过建立反映非农产业发展水平的指标体系，将东北区36个地市级行政地域单元的非农产业发展水平进行排序，并结合各地人口城市化水平，根据人口城市化与非农产业发展水平的作用机理，将人口城市化对非农产业发展水平的响应关系划分为五种不同的类型区域，以此对人口城市化与非农产业发展水平的响应关系进行评价与分析。

| Abstract: | The northeast area of China is one of the biggest old industry bases in China. There are many big cities and important factories. With the rapid development of reform in China, more and more questions to urbanization and non-agriculture are exposed. This paper through building a index system reflected the level of non-agricultural development, classified the level of non-agricultural development of the thirty six administrative division of a country in Northeast China. Based on the level of urbanization and the mechanism between urbanization and non-agriculture of Northeast China, we divide the responded relationship of Northeast of China into five different type regions, and then making response analysis and types evaluation. |
