| Abstract: | It fixes on the index system of evaluation which include four rule layers,fifteen factor layers,thirty-one index.Confirm the weighting of evaluation index in a method that combine AHP with Dehphi.After dealing the evaluation index with dimensionless mode,it appears that Changsha city's urban land utilization is at basic intensified stage at 2004,The land that was used by enterprise had lower output production,had various of unused land phenomon,and had great developing potential. |
