广州蕃坊及其外籍人聚集区研究

广州外籍人聚集区社区管理与风险控制,已成为政府和学术界的焦点问题。因此,系统梳理关于广州古代蕃坊与现代外籍人聚集区的研究成果,意义重大。关于古代蕃坊和特点的研究已十分透彻,可惜没有上升到社区管理或社会管理的层面研究;关于外籍人聚集区模式创新研究,只注重横向比较、横向借鉴,却忽视纵向地将古代蕃坊经验嫁接到现代广州,去创新一种新模式的研究;关于存在问题的研究,虽针对性很强,但缺乏人文性、文化性和历史感,无法解决当今处于复杂关系之中的外籍人聚集区问题。

Research Overview of Fanfang and Foreign Community in Guangzhou

Foreign community management and its risk control have become the focus of academia and governance of Guangzhou. Therefore, it is of great significance that we should systemize existing research achievement of ancient Fanfang and modern foreign communities in the city. The study on ancient Fanfang is now quite thorough and its characteristics unique, but it hasn＇t yet taken the shape of social or community management. The researches on the model innovation of foreign community have now focused on horizontal comparison but somehow neglected the longitudinal aspect of it. The question remains that the experience of ancient Fanfang is detached from modem community management in Guangzhou. Though researches on ancient Fanfang have highly been specific, their lack of consideration of humanity, culture and history is unable to solve the problems of foreign communities in today＇ s Guangzhou,
