无意识教育新探

摘    要:无意识教育是一种不为受教育者自身所意识到的感化式、无痕化、隐蔽型教育。它是社会大环境变化发展的客观需求,是人们思想接受方式的现实需要,受到西方发达国家教育经验的有益启迪,符合现代心理学理论。无意识教育具有隐蔽性、愉悦性、平等性、渗透性等优点。科学、有效地实施无意识教育,应以环境为载体起熏陶作用,以传媒为载体起引导作用,以人格为载体起感化作用,以活动为载体起渗透作用。要摆正无意识教育与有意识教育的关系,注意把握无意识教育中教育者的有意性,科学地评价无意识教育的成效,提高教育者的队伍水平。
