Farmers issue has been a basic problem of China's revolution and construction.Mao Zedong's theory of farmers is established in the practice of revolution and construction in China.It not only guided China to success in revolution and construction,but also played an active leading role in the historical task of new socialist countryside construction.This paper analyze the track of formation of MaoZedong's theory of famers,and accordingly draw a conclusion that only by fully respecting and safeguarding the interests of farmers can we build new socialist countryside better,and actually achieve the purpose of building a harmonious society.
