基于博弈视角的旅游景区开发利益平衡研究——以三峡库区旅游景区为例

本文以博弈论为基本分析工具,辅以质性访谈调查,对景区开发中地方政府、开发商与当地居民三类主要主体的利益诉求和博弈机理进行分析,明晰各方利益博弈中的决策行为和利益均衡过程,进而构建以景区可持续发展为目标的利益均衡博弈模型,并归纳得到宏观体制下的分权制度、居民受教育程度低、自身参与意识薄弱和政府及企业的强势参与是影响三峡库区旅游景区开发中利益主体博弈与利益均衡的主要因素。

Research of tourism spot development interest balance based on chess playing angle-take three gorges district tourism spot as example

This paper analyzes the balance of interests in scenic area development by using Game theory model and qualitative interview.Based on the balancing process of decision-making behavior and interests of all parties in the interests,this paper builds a game model of balance of interests in scenic area.At last,it point out that the reasons for the balance of interests in scenic area mainly are the consequence of decentralized system in China,lower education level and participation awareness of residents,strong power of government and corporate.
