泸州市基层卫生人才流失的影响因素分析

摘    要:论文以马斯洛需求层次理论为研究视角,从基层卫生人才的生理需求、安全需求、社会需求、尊重需求、自我实现需求五个方面,对泸州市基层卫生人才流失的影响因素进行分析。经分析发现,导致泸州市基层卫生人才流失的影响因素主要有薪酬制度不合理、基础设施不完善、集体社交活动缺乏、自我提升难以实现、基层制度文化建设缺失五个方面。

Abstract:From the perspective of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the brain drain in grassroots health care in Luzhou from five aspects:physiological needs,safety needs,social needs,respect needs and self-actualization needs.Through the analysis,it is found that the influencing factors leading to the drain of grassroots health talents in Luzhou mainly include five aspects:unreasonable salary system,imperfect infrastructure,lack of collective social activities,difficult to achieve self-improvement,and lack of grassroots system and culture construction.
