| 摘 要： | 本文从房地产物流企业的角度出发,通过分析房地产物流企业绩效评价因素指标,分析应用DEA方法的原理于企业物流系统绩效评价的可行性与优越性,提出运用DEA方法,通过构建模型,从横向和纵向两个方面评价企业物流系统的相对有效性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,from the perspective of real estate logistics enterprises,through the logistics of real estate enterprise performance indicators evaluation factors,the DEA method of application of principles of logistics enterprises in the performance evaluation system and the feasibility of superiority,and made use of DEA,through the construction of models, from horizontal and vertical two rating companies the relative effectiveness of the logistics system. |
