李富强普惠金融发展的实践与探索

大力发展普惠金融，是新时期下完善金融市场体系、扩大民生惠及深度、促进经济转型发展的重要内容。近年来金昌市积极推动普惠金融发展，然而受制于先天弱势性、机制保障不健全，金融生态环境仍需优化等因素制约，普惠金融发展的深度和广度还受到一定地限制。本文立足于金昌实际，从构建更富有活力的金融服务体系、改善金融管理服务及创新手段、建立和发展普惠金融保障机制、畅通普惠金融落实渠道入手对推动普惠金融加快发展提出完善意见。

Exploration and Practice of the Development of Inclusive Finance

To develop inclusive finance is an important content of perfecting the financial market system, expanding the depth of the benefit of the people’livelihood and accelerating the economic transition development in the new period. In recent years, great ef-forts have been made in Jinchang city to promote the development of inclusive finance. But restricted by the factors like inherent disad-vantages, unsound mechanism guarantee and imperfect financial ecology environment, the depth and width of the development of the inclusive finance is limited in a certain degree. The paper puts forward a series of pertinence suggestions on promoting the rapid devel-opment of inclusive finance based on the reality of Jinchang city in views of establishing a more vibrant financial service system, im-proving service and innovation methods of financial management, setting up and developing inclusive finance guarantee mechanism, and ensuring the implementation of inclusive finance.
