关于黑龙江省农业产业化发展的思考

当前,黑龙江省在农业产业化发展过程中存在的问题,主要是龙头企业带动力有待提高,品牌建设薄弱,政府职能不够完善,利益连接机制不健全。黑龙江省各级政府要加大对农业产业化的政策扶持力度,把工作的着力点转移到规划、协调、服务和监督上来;加强农业龙头企业建设,发展壮大龙头企业,即优先支持一批实力强的龙头企业发展,同时引导和扶持规模较小的农副产品加工企业不断向大规模、高水平方向发展;加强农产品品牌建设,加大培育和推介力度,加大质量监管力度,加大打击假冒伪劣产品力度;健全利益联结机制,促进农业产业化健康发展。
