| 摘 要： | 大湄公河次区域经济合作是一个投资基础设施—资源开发—环境保护—经济可持续性这样一个区域经济发展模式。从云南加入GMS的角度而言,还有一个与邻邦建立政治互信,保障中国国家安全的目的。在目前阶段,谋求合作各方在政治互信、真诚合作、高度重视环境安全等问题上的共识比寻找投资方还显重要。

| Abstract: | GMS is a model of that the investment are first,resource exploitation and environmental protection are second,and last is building a model of economic sustainable development.For the perspective of Yunnan,to establish a friendly neighboring country with political trust and safeguard state safety are of importance.At present,cooperation among nations the particular requirement are political trust,pure-hearted work together and emphasizing the environmental safety are more important than that of to seeking for investors. |
