| 摘 要： | 当前缺乏产业支撑的城镇化建设面临重重困境,推动农村城镇化进程不仅要立足于具有支撑作用的产业,产业集群式发展更成为迫切而重要的选择。地方政府要立足区域经济发展,将产业规划融入城镇规划,重点发展特色产业集群,加强产业聚集区建设等,这些都离不开政府精心营造的良好发展环境,尤其是政务环境。

| Abstract: | At present,the urbanization that lacks industrial support faces many difficulties.To promote the process of urbanization in rural areas,not only should we take the backbone industry as a based,but also the industry cluster development should be an urgent and important choice.The local government should take the regional economic development as a based,integrate the industrial planning into town planning,focus on developing the industrial cluster with special features,and strengthen the industrial cluster area construction.All those can not be realized without the proper developing environment,especially the political environment. |
