本文认为,加入世界贸易组织以后,随着对外开放力度的加大,当代中国流通业将出现流通主体多元化,流通要素多维化,流通载体虚拟化,流通战略全球化,流通功能延伸化,流通组织大型化,流通竞争国际化,流通手段电子化,流通服务人本化等发展趋势。文章提出,认清现代流通的发展趋势,制定相应的流通战略,采取相应的对策措施,将有利于流通业的健康、持续、有序发展。

Having entered the WTO,with the opening policy strengthened,the cont emporary Chinese circulation industry will develop along the road to subject div ersification,factors multi-dimension,carrier virtualization,strategy globaliz ation,structure large-scaled,management intelligentization and serving people as the center.It is very urgent and important to recognize this tendency,work out corresponding strategy and adopt corresponding countermeasures for the sound,sustainable and orderly development of circulation industry.
